Hi Everyone, I just got a 2014 a4 quattro last month. I have been having some weird jerkiness when accelerating and pretty bad in stop and go traffic. Then other days it feels great. It also seems to usually get better after I drive for a while and then turn it off... When I return to the car it seems smooth again.

I noticed after several weeks that on the days I pull into my driveway (a slight uphill) and it sits over night on that slight grade, it is much more rough than on the days I backed into the driveway (with the front end facing down).

When I back out of the driveway and then go forward and begin to accelerate it feels like it wants to go, and then feels almost like it skips a gear suddenly, and then it isn't as bad after that, but still overall pretty jerky compared to the good days. That only is happening when it has sat on the slight grade driveway with the front end higher than the back. This does not seem to ever happen if I backed in the night before.

Hope that all makes sense. Can anyone think of what might be going on?
