I bought the extended warranty and prepaid maintenance back in last year. I only have the paperworks. But is there any website that I can check the status of these?

log in your account at audi website
there is help contact section.
emailed them the details and got the email back with details.

Me neither, other than sales receipts on the car.
I was expecting at leas a ",platinum" envelope or something.

I logged in myAudi account and used the Audi Chat and provided the VIN to check the extended warranty. Then the SR told me I will have to check with the dealer because the extended warranty is provided by 3rd party and can only be checked by the dealer. I told her that the one I purchased was Platinum or something extended warranty under Audi's brand, but again was told all extended warranty are provided by 3rd party.

I'm so confused. Am I cheated by the dealer or did Audi sold all its extended warranty to 3rd party? Or Audi had never provided extended warranty themselves but allowing 3rd party to sell under their name?

All of the above. The answer could be any of the above, but obviously your dealer sold you a third party. Don't assume the worst, just call your dealer/

Thanks. Glad I checked it. But how can th dealer sold me a 3rd party with an Audi warranty contract? And why Audi told me all extended warranty are provided by 3rd party? I’m still confused. So does Audi provide extended warranty by themselves at all?

I've never bought an extended anything so cant say for sure, but if Audi says they dont sell their own, then I'd believe them. Others more experienced will chime in for sure. I know all Autos have their own financing arm as that is usually easy to administer and profitable.
