Greetings, i have a dilemma. I love my 2014 A7 TDI prestige, but it doesn't have heads up display, nor the drivers assistance packages. I normally wouldn't care, but my wife's car (2017 Q7 prestige) has both and I've grown quite fond of those features. Do they operate the same? I just turned 70,000 miles on my 2014 and would love to turn back the hands of time and secure a low mileage 2016 with these bells and whistles. Other than the upgraded led headlights (I already have LED lights on my 2014), front grill design and rear tailpipes), what are the differences of these model years. Is it worth the upgrade? Thanks, any input is welcomed!

The upgrades from 2014 to 2016 are minimal, for that I would not trade the car. However, the heads up display and the driver assistance package is giving you extra value and would justify an upgrade.

Another thing I like the 2016 over the 2014 (or even 2015 in my case) is the Nav display in center dash; get whole street view and such. Currently only the compass or next turn arrows.

I saw someone on YouTube change out the dash, along with a few other bits, to be more modern without exchanging cars but did not list the parts or the complications that may go into the part swaps.
