Default New MMI firmware and 2018 US maps for Q5
I see A5OC.com has maps, firmware only for EU and wondering is there any other site has these for US. Dealer wants 450 plus 3 hours of labor.

FYI: many years exist EU maps versions , (2G, 3G DVD, 3G+ and 3GP), firmware and activators for same maps

If you know the upgrade process, I will send you a link to the new version of the maps US/Canada 2017/2018 . Just be careful not to destroy your MMI

my dealer wants $500 plus labour

That would be fantastic! I don't have Bose or B&O audio systems and think upgrade process is same for EU and US. Please PM me the links!!

You have Garmin, which has better display and features.

You do not use more Audi navigation

Spijun I fully understand your retisance at providing info on this subject.Vag wield a really big hammer.I've got a TomTom and it's great but the MMI nav.isn't bad and one screen is fine by me.
