I feel a little stumble when I come to a stop.
I have a 2018 Q5 Prestige with about 600 miles on it. I drive in comfort mode with the auto stop/start turned off. When I roll to a stop, I feel a little two step stumble. Like the engine is stalling or the transmission is late shifting. This really bothers me and it makes me hate my new $50,000 car. Does anyone else feel this in their car? I know when I go to the dealer they won’t feel a thing.

If the auto stop start is activated the car will shot off before a complete stop. Is this what you are experiencing? Unfortunately I just turned the stop start off to avoid that. A function that I personally like

I have a ‘18 Q5 Prestige and experience the same thing (also with auto-stop turned off). Doesn’t happen at every stop, but it happens a lot. It’s been discussed in other threads here. I’ve gotten used to it after 4K miles, but it shouldn’t exist at all from a car of this caliber.
For the record I mostly drive in “Dynamic/Sport” mode.

No. I have the exact same experience in Dynamic/Sport mode that you do in Comfort mode (both of us having the auto-stop turned off).
I was hyper sensitive to it the first few months. Now I’ve grown used to it and don’t notice it as much although it’s still there. Other than being annoying I don’t think there’s anything wrong.
As as I mentioned earlier, there are a few other threads about this issue here in the forum. Do a search for them. Maybe they can shed more light on the situation. But, ultimately you’ll probably have to decide if you can learn to ignore it or not. Again, it does suck coming from a $50k+ Audi.

Only thing I can think of is your car is shifting into 1st and you're feeling that. Try putting it in manual mode and see if that fixes it. In manual, it typically will not auto shift to 1st until you're stopped
