Winter wheels, RS5
Anybody put together a winter wheel/tire package for their B9 RS5? Tire Rack does not have one as yet. I have a set for my '13 RS5 that also fit my '18 S5, but I need new tires and looking for new wheels as well.

There is always the Audi package, or at the very least it gives you all the specs to shop for your own package.

(No price show for the 2018 but I am sure it is steep and similar to the 13-16 RS at $4300.)

Yes, the Audi "package" cost is ridiculous. So 8.0J X 19 ET 26 wheel. What is the "ET", a dimension? Tire racks wheels for the S5 are mostly 35mm offset, but don't know if that means the same?

Yes, ET is the same as offset, 26 is the same as the stock 19x9 or the optional 20x10. Apparently my dealer bought the last 7 sets of these in North America for really good price, I'm not (and wouldn't be) paying anything close to the price in that brochure! If you call Tire Rack, they will fix you up over over the phone with those sizes.

ET = Einpresstiefe, which translates to insertion depth in English. It is the industry measure for offset, and the number is millimetres (so an ET25 is around 1").
Audi offer at least two different winter wheels sets (it may be 3) for the B9 RS5, and I have attached screen shots below. Not for the OP to buy them, but he can see the full specification, including offset (which is written as insertion depth in the Google translated copy), tyre sizes, and the brands Audi are using. Which are both performance winter tyres, which may not be extreme enough for North Dakota winters.
When people started putting after market wheels on their B9 S5, which did fit on the B8, many found the wheels would not clear the brake calipers on the B9. This may be an issue on the B9 RS5 too, but I don't know for sure. Would check carefully before buying any wheel that it was a confirmed fitment on a B9.

I have been looking a little for a set for my new RS5 and my biggest concern is clearing the ceramic front brakes. I am not sure if the even the standard 19 inch wheels would work. Does anyone know if you can get the 19 inch wheels with these brakes in other markets? I know it's not possible in the US.

Yeah the audi package cost is a joke. I am just buying a new set of summer wheels and transferring my tires over to those. Then buying winter tires and putting them on the OEM wheels that came with the car.

Will then not worry about swapping out tires or getting new wheels.
