Hi,
Yesterday I got in my friend's S5 with sport seats and found that unfortunately I couldn't fit comfortably even with the seat fully down and back. I'm 6' 6" (198 cm) tall.
I like the S5's looks and especially A7 so is there enough space for tall drivers or should I cross out the A7 right now rom the list?

I am 6'2" and have no problems in the drivers seat with plenty of adjustable room in the seat. My seat is almost all the way back and it is all the way down.

6'3" and zero problems in the A7, front seat or back.

6'4" 230 lbs. took some adjusting but now I have it where i want it and is very comfortable

I am 6'1" but with enough fat around me to push me higher on the seat @400lbs. I have no issues with my A7 and head space. Good luck

Sorry, at 6'6" you will not have enough headroom. I'm 6'3" and barely have enough w/ the seat all the way down in a 2013. Maybe the newer models are better?

6ft 4inches and 255lbs and fit in A7 (2012) with no problems. Getting in is a different story but once in I'm gucci

Yeah, it's an art form. Plenty of leg room but I can't even wear a cap in mine, lol

Audi do publish the measurements of their cars, although actually sitting in them works best. Official dimensions are in millimetres, and these are without sunroof.

No idea where you are located, but if in the US, you have an issue in that Audi of America insist on fitting most models with a sunroof whether you want one or not. And they significantly reduce headroom. And the C7 and C8 A7 models are close enough to identical in terms of front headroom, the C7 has 2mm more in the front.
