Default Side Mirrors Questions

Anyone know how to enable the heated mirrors and tilt down reverse mirror (right hand side) at the same time?

I cannot find in the vehicle setting from the menu to perform these two actions at the same time.

Thanks.

I thought the same thing yesterday and assume that it is not possible. You'd have to turn the switch from "heat" to "right side mirror" if you want it to tilt down when you back up. Now I'm curious if both are simultaneously possible.

How long do you need to drive in reverse for if you can't go without heating for a couple of minutes.
Not trying to be smart or anything, it is just I don't see why it is an issue.

Have you seen the video tutorial on curb view mirror programming? If you set that up, I think the curb view might initiate automatically upon putting the car in reverse, even if the **** is in the heat position.

I assumed this new design Q5 is a high tech and mid luxury European vehicle. I see the other popular Germany vehicles such as BMW and Mercedes can turn on the heated mirrors automatically when the outside temperature is below 0 degree or under cold weather.

I am just wondering why this feature does not exist to Audi.

My Audi works that way, sort of.....
When I get into the car on those cold days, I automatically reach for the heater/mirror controls.........
