2019 SQ5 Delivery Timeframe?
I ordered my new 2019 SQ5 on Sept 11th, and they quoted me 3-4 months.
Yesterday they said I should expect delivery in February.
I realize that this could be only 2 week over the four month target, but I cam curious as to what other people have been quoted as a delivery expectation.

I wasn't even given a production estimate. After a month I asked them if the order had at least been accepted and they told me it was pending. Then I called two weeks later and asked if we had any movement, and they said it was accepted, but I think they told me that just to shut me up.
Trust issues much?

The first dealer I talked to told me it would be 3 to 4 months. The dealer I ordered from said they had an open allocation so I assume that allows them to be more specific with the dates.

I ordered an SQ5 in mid April 2018, then changed my mind on an option a couple of weeks later after changes had been locked out on the order. Thankfully they said they would take the car and could allocate me another, but I would be waiting until early February 2019!
I accepted, but then thankfully they called and said they had another allocation they could offer me, and the car would be here late October. The car was built in late August. Then there was a delay in shipping, and I was told it would be here late November. Finally, I'm tracking it through Japan right now, and it will reach my local port on 10 November, with another two week wait for them to prepare the car.

Depends on the dealership, how many vehicles they get allocated, and how they fit into the production schedule.
Dealerships that move more vehicles get allocated more vehicles to sell. Doesn't matter if you special order, that particular dealership can only get so many of each model per year (unless there is space in production to produce more).
