A3 average city/highway gas mileage
I recently purchased a cpa 2018 a3 sportback with 4,000 miles. I commute to work r/t in city traffic about 30 miles 4x a week and I’ve been having to fill up my tank every few days. Before I was driving a stick with a 10 gallon tank that averaged 37/mpg highway and 30/mpg highway and only filled out about once every two weeks.
I do not drive aggressively, I’m always in comfort mode, and the rpms are never revving. I honestly feel like im averaging 18/mpg.
What are other city commuters avergaing?

Do you have the 2.0L or 3.2L engine?
City gas mileage is generally not very good with the A3. I drive rather "gently" with it and find pure city driving in lots of stop/go traffic nets about 20 to 22 mpg.
As for your previous mileage you say you were driving stick, but don't mention the car...
