AC Rattle
When the AC is running you can randomly hear a rattle noise, if the AC is turned off but the fan running you dont hear it. Anyone ran into this before? Anyone have a guide on how to take the center part of the dash apart so I can trouble shoot?

Air con rattle. OK with fan only.
This sounds like it could be an incorrectly aligned / loose duct servo/ flaps. We are not talking here about anything you can see from the cabin. Even more likely if the plenum chamber had been cleaned or the blower motor / resistor replaced (or cleaned). I saw an issue once with this when replacing the blower and the Set up protocol for the duct motor had not been observed (the air flaps were in the wrong position and were generating the ticking noise) If the noise comes from the right or behind the glove compartment this could be your issue. To get at this you would have to remove the glove box and loosen / re-seat the blower ( not the nightmare it sounds) - you can see videos on youtube. I think that you can adjust the servos by using the air flow adjustment in the dash, experimenting with the positions (with the blower removed), and re- assemble - keeping the duct flaps in position. And... I might well be wrong and it is something else(!)

Where is the cabin filter at? I will order a replacement.
When we hear the noise we can instantly hit the ac button to turn it off and the noise goes away. Sometimes I swear I can hear it when the fan is running with the ac off but I think in that case I am just hearing things. At anything higher than 7 you cant hear it but I think thats just because of how loud the air noise is anyways.

I have a video on to change the cabin air filter
I only ask this because if its clogged it will make the fans work harder and possibly rattle.
You can see mine really doesnt look clogged, but I assure you it is very clogged.
The air coming out of the vents went from barely felt to hurricane force winds lol
