Default MyAudi PIN

In the MyAudi app on my Android phone I'm getting the message "MyAudi PIN: the Audi connect Infotainment services are not yet connected to the vehicle. Please enter the 8-digit PIN in the vehicle MMI." Does anyone know where one would find that PIN? I have looked everywhere.

Thanks. I'm all registered. I can lock and unlock the car remotely, etc. I don't see the PIN anywhere, though. Any idea where to find it?

1. Log onto Myaudi account.
https://www.audiusa.com/myaudi

2. select: Audi Connect Services and key user registration on the right side, a ways down.

3. select the three lines menu in the very upper left corner (to the left of the word Menu)

4. select My Vehicles under that pop up menu.

5. click on your vehicle and wait for the info to load. The PIN should be there in that info.

I dont know why it would do that. On mine, it shows the PIN number. You could call Audi Connect but i have never had much help there. I would call Audi USA who have been really helpful to me in the past.

i agree completely. Finding your PIN is a real adventure. I only know how to do it because i called Audi USA a while back and had them walk me through it. And AudiConnect isn’t even run by Audi. It is sub contracted out and the people there are honestly just miserable to try to work with. I won’t even call them anymore. I call Audi USA instead and have them contact Audi connect for answers. At least Audi USA is good. And i am not real high on the new MyAudi app that replaced the MMI Connect app so far.
