I purchased a set of BlackLine tail lights, thinking I would be able to locate a local shop equipped with VCP. Well, I haven't yet been able to find one. Does anyone in Eastern Ontario/Western Quebec (say between Toronto and Quebec City) or Northern New England or Upstate New York know of a shop that does that they could point me to? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Unless Audi released a NA spec of those, on the A4's we had to run additional wiring to the control module to get them to work, in addition to VCP coding.

Thanks! They are the Euro version, the kit includes all the necessary extra wiring. I am now told by another member on the B9 A/S/RS5 forum that VCDS can now be used to make the necessary changes to the car. He hasn't yet done it, I'm waiting to hear how it turned out. Besides, I still haven't installed the lights yet.

No, not yet, still waiting a) for spring, and b) an update on if/how they can be programmed via VCDS.

Programming via VCDS is still not possible, I ordered a VCP. I hope to install them this week.
