Default 2019 RS5 Sportback - Drive System Malfunction

I had my RS5 Sportback for one week with only 330 miles on it. And then I receive the error drive system malfunction. The car shutters at 0 mph speed, and was on limp mode back into the dealership while smelling of burning rubber along with very hard shifting. Torque meter would go up to 50% with little to no throttle response. One of the senior technicians is scheduled to look at it Monday, which also is the one who looks at R8's as the shop manager wouldn't let anyone else touch it because of the RS moniker and how new these cars are.It was quite alarming as the car gave me the error while I was on a highway and had to quickly exit as I could not keep up with highway speeds. When you spend this much on a car, I am not happy.
Better than it happens now, less than a week old, then later in its life.

I am sure that the dealer will be able to fix it. Enjoy the new ride.

How many miles of 'limping' did the car have to do. If I smelled anything burning I think I would have parked and called a tow truck.

Best of luck. Let us know the outcome.

Ouch, sorry to hear that! I’m sure they’ll take care of you. BTW, when servicing an RS, what loaner did they give you?

I didn't have an appointment, and it was unplanned. They found a loaded A6 model year 2019. If the car is going to be in the shop for a bit, I'll ask for a bit faster car. But the A6 is very nice.

First time Audi owner here. How much did they charge you for the loaner?

Wow that really sucks. Hope they figure out what's wrong and it's an easy fix
