Siri voice sometimes comes over in higher quality
Every once in awhile when Siri is reading texts (over carplay) it seems like a much higher quality voice. Much smoother and better pronunciation. And then suddenly goes back to regular. Anyone ever get this or am I losing my mind?
I had downloaded the enhanced voices on ios 11, but in ios12 those options aren't available. I guess everything is meant to be enhanced.

My experience with CarPlay is always good.
However, when I am connected with plain BT, the pre-call audio (Siri response, ringback, etc) is super gritty and gross. The call itself is always fine. Sorry to hijack but anyone experience this?

It's not just Siri. Same with Android Auto voice. Mostly it sounds muffled and lame, but once in a while, it comes through as you'd expect (like it is on the phone). Sounds like an audio routing issue on the Audi side. Kinda expected more from Audi's "perfectionist" engineering team tbh.

I understand.My Audi CarPlay is pretty boring I guess. It’s always consistent. I was using the text read back and reply composition yesterday a few times. Worked great. My voice control of Waze works without issue too.
