I did not know there was a limit of two map packs to download so i started downloading them all and so now I have Alaska and another map but not others I needed pre-loaded. I go to select them to download them and it says I've reached the maximum number of map downloads (2). Is there a way to erase them and download the ones I want?

How are you updating, through the MMI or through the website? I would try through the MyAudi website and download the whole package..

I did the two downloads through the MMI at first, and then I also went onto the website and downloaded the 10GB update file onto an SD card and installed it. The MMI system said that the update was finished and all seemed to be ok, but when I go into the map update section of the MMI, it still shows only the two maps I previously downloaded as the only ones checked... How can this system be so bad? Any suggestions?

I have this issue sort of - I have one more for Illinois to download (apparently there are three) and was limited to the first two.

Do do we know when the first full 2019 map will be available for download (right now it’s 2018/2019)?

I updated to 2018/19 two weeks ago. Then, I saw the 2019 update this past week.

I don't see anything in this system via the car that allows me to remove previously downloaded map files and select new ones. Anyone have advice without having to wipe my entire MMI?
