Default Wheel/tire nightmare

I purchased snow tires (Pirelli Sottozero 3 235/35/19) on my 2018 A3 from tire rack and have gone through 6 tires in 40 days (wrecking 3 rims in the process).

Tire rack contacted Pirelli and they offer no goodwill, but tire rack is trying to work with me.

Looking for reliable all season setup suggestions. 225/45/17 for more more sidewall? Maybe 16s?
also avoid Pirelli Sottozero 3’s unless you want to be on the side of the road for most of the month waiting for a tow truck.

Story:
Day one on the Sottozero 3’s I had a blowout. Tire rack sent a new tire via warranty. Over the next month two more tires were leaking air (bubble in side wall) and they were replaced. On Tuesday, a pothole caused two more tires to blowout and one to have another bubble while denting 2 rims in the process.

So are the tires actually bad(manufacturing defects) or are you hitting alot of pot holes?

Good question and I'd 100% say manufacturer defects because we're talking about six tires in ~40 days on normal highway driving. If you run over a quarter in these tires you should pull over and check the tire pressure.
To give the benefit of the doubt i'd say 3 could be potholes and 3 are sidewall bubbles. Big O Tires took a look and said it's the tires because they've never heard of this kind of poor luck.

The first flat was due to a pothole but nothing 10,000 other people didn't hit that same day on I70 in Colorado.
Tires #2 and 3 were slow leaks due to bubbles in the sidewall and had to be sent back (no pothole, no curbs, etc.)
Tire #4 and 5 were from another highway pothole but again tons of other people hit the same hole and there wasn't another car on the side of the road.
Tire #6 is another bubble in the sidewall.
