Default RS5 SB - Errors out the wazoo...

Woke up to all these errors in my dash yesterday... and then got a few more in the afternoon. Seems like just about everything had a fault! Car is at the dealer today, but all the errors were gone this morning except the TPMS error as I don't have sensors in my winter wheels yet (didn't bother to take that photo).

Oh man that sucks. Glad you took it to the dealer for documentation purposes. Third times the charm

Wow. Not what you want in a car that costs $80 - 100k. Please keep us updated.

I picked up the car yesterday afternoon and they told me there were no errors stored except for the TPMS warning. They did update the software on a control module but I have no idea which one (or the version) as they forgot to give me the service sheet. Anyway, the errors are all gone now, but if it happens again they recommended bring it in while it's happening so they can scan the car before they get reset. Hopefully these software gremlins are gone, and stay gone!

The car is still awesome otherwise and have been loving it everyday. I just need to get out and drive it more as I'm still under 500 miles!

Good question, as I didn't knowingly do anything to reset them. I suspect that they were never actually stored by the car, or they possibly got reset after a certain number of ignition cycles (which would be unusual). I first saw the errors on Wednesday morning as I was reversing out of my garage, which prompted me to call the dealership. That afternoon as I was leaving the office, I saw them again with a couple of extra warnings I didn't remember from the morning which is why I took the photos. That evening I drove the car again, and all the warnings were gone except for the TPMS. It makes you wonder if the car only stores errors under certain conditions. i.e. severity, or after a certain number of occurrences etc.
