Default Coming changes to the 2020/2021 A5/S5/RS5

The official changes to the 2020 MY A4/S4 were just announced, so I guess it can be called the B9.5

Anyways, I noticed a few key changes that I am sure will carry over to the coming refresh of the A5/S5 next year. I doubt anything big will change for the 2020 model year, but you never know!

Check out the video starting at the following time marks 1:30 and 5:35:

Added on 7/29/19:

Possible Changes:
1. New LED headlights
2. New LED taillights
3. New grille designs, with honeycomb coming to the S and S line variants (goodbye 'RS style' China grilles).
4. New front bumper fascia.
5. New 10" infotainment display and screen (with touch screen)!
6. New virtual cockpit display.
7. Replacement of the current console scroll **** with a compartment (I don't like this change).

Feel free to add any I missed.

I think I would pass on it too, mainly because it gets rid of the click dual selector on the console.
Now if I could have both, I would be all for it.

Maybe the screen can be bought separately and still be compatible, without breaking the bank.

Thanks for the info. Some tweeks. I've gotten used to the non-touch screen. It will make it easier for new buyers, though.

Agree. I am totally OCD when it comes to smudges on a screen. I like the newer screen layouts in the latest Audi models, but hate the loss of the ****.

I’m jumping in on another new one before the touch screens take over...

Hopefully they will reprogram the transmission.

I don't regret buying a 2019, as the only change that I see as a positive is the perforated leather steering wheel and shift lever. The current screen location is too high and far away from the driver to function effectively as a touchscreen, so the the MMI modification seems like a kludge. Unfortunately, I see this refresh as more evidence that Audi is haphazardly playing catch-up rather than executing a coherent long-term plan.

Looks like the steering wheel and gear shifter now have perforated leather as well. Also wireless apple CarPlay is now available.

Good catch guys. Didn't notice the perforation additions.
I'd honestly pass on both of those because they'll quickly get clogged with dirt/oils from hands in both locations.
