Default Noise when maneuvering at low speeds

Hello.

I need to know if someone with an A4 TFSI 190cv, when performing parking maneuvers or at very low speeds I would almost say below 10km / h makes a noise like metallic or spring compression.
Leave the car on Monday, and I just picked it up on a Friday, telling me the after-sales consultant who has reviewed everything (suspensions, stabilizer bars, steering column, brakes, etc) and says it's normal, that they have tested it on one that They had there and says they do the same.
I told him that when he bought the car he did not do it and after 6 months he started. I am not convinced by your response.
That's why I ask if anyone happens, and even in some 150 cv.

I hope your help or advice, otherwise I would take it to another dealer.

regards

I had a similar noise on my 14' Ford Edge. The Edge had non sealed strut top bearings and they seized up, so when I turned the wheel the spring and strut assembly is supposed to turn all together, but with the bearing seized it would just spring around the mount making a similar noise to what you are describing. Not sure if the Audi bearings are a sealed unit or not, but it's a possibility.
