I have just turned over 50k miles on my 2017 A4. I purchased the basic Audi Care package and feel like it was worth it. I plan on holding onto the car for as long as I can, so I'm wondering if it is a good value to purchase the select packages as my miles continue to build. The cost is $879 per package. Anyone have any thoughts on that?

Package 2 - 50k and 60k services (I already got 50k, which is just an oil change, through basic Audi Care.)

Package 3 - 60k and 70k services

Package 4 - 70k and 80k services

Package 5 - 80k and 90k services

Depends on what your dealer charges for those services, then it may or may not be. Granted, most services should be charged the same at all dealerships regardless of location, yours might vary.

So, call your local dealer and add up the costs, if the two services are less than $879 its a great deal. We cant tell you if its a good deal or not. From everything Ive seen over the years, it is worth the cost.

Maybe a package with the 80k included as it would cover plugs and DSG fluid change?

I have no affiliation with these guys but when I bought my 2019 A4 Prestige in April, my dealer of course offered all these plans at huge additional costs.

I learned from a friend about FD-Warranty - it’s a family of dealerships that include Audi that sale the exact same Audi Pure Protection plans (or in your case Audi Care Select) your local dealer does but at a substantial discount (supposedly because they sale to their local customers via the dealerships and online to a much larger population). I purchased a few from them instead and got all of the paperwork without issue and saved a good amount of $$$.
