Umm, nothing in this car has water. All you see for water coming from the car is from the A/C condenser. You see a lot more on hot or humid days.

So I shouldn't add water to the coolant reservoir?

Just wait until it's cool down and drive home. Watch the temp, I think you have broken cooler pipe, only leaks when the engine stops while hot, no leaks when engine is running.

If it's low, go ahead. Is it leaking water or coolant onto the pavement?

Looks like coolant only but most of it evaporated there was a small amount still left so I'm guessing a mix of both

Is there any stop leak that I could use?

Just a heads up, my car dumped a bunch of water when I parked last night, what was happening was the condensate from the A/C had collected in the belly pan, and where I parked, the front corner was the low point the water could escape when it couldn't on the flatter roads. If it is a coolant leak, it will do it again, so go ahead and next time it does, dab your finger in it and smell it(or taste it if you're feeling bold,) it will clearly have a smell or taste if it's coolant. If it seems by every measure to be water, it's water and don't worry.
