Just wondering if anyone had used this or heard anything about the company. A cheaper option than the CETE lowering module.

I have their lowing module for my 2018 S7. It took a month and a half months to receive it. The install was very easy. As soon as I tried to connect the to unit though, the app started to disconnect continuously. After contacting their customer support, they recommended that I speak to their app support which is a different company. After going back and forth with them for a few weeks they suggested I speak to the manufacturer that put me in touch with them as the unit is defective. At this point they should be sending me a replacement unit.

They told me I had to send the unit back to them in Germany which would take another month and a half, then they would determine if it needed to be replaced and send it back to me with another month and a half shipping. So 3 months later I might receive the same unit back, or a new unit. I told them they should be sending me a new unit with a prepaid label to send the old one back and they refused.

Save up your money and buy the H&R unit. It works way better. I know people with this unit and they've had no issues. This groups customer service is non-existent!
