Default Is it worth the extra money?

So, I am looking at a 2010 and a 2012 TT.
Both have about 128 000 km on them, both are Ibis white, and both have very similar options. The 2010 has back up sensors whereas the '12 does not. The '12 has its rear cargo cover and the '10 does not.
Is it worth spending about $3000 more for the 2012?
The '12 is on it's second owner and has a strong service history, whereas the '10 is also on it's second owner, but the history is a little more vague.
Thoughts?
Or there is a 2011 for about 2000$ more but is has 145000 km on it. It does however come from an Audi dealer, whereas the other 2 are private sales. Again white, no sensors, cover is good.
Thank you, D

This FAQ is for US models https://forums.fourtitude.com/showth...-MK2-TT-a5-FAQ. For US models, I would not consider a 2010 given the improved engine performance and new standard features of the 2011+. Explore the engine differences for each model year in your country. The performance difference for the improved engine is very noticeable, even more than the specs would indicate. Back-up sensors were not offered in the US TT until the Mk 3 but were offered in some countries on the Mk 2 as part of a "comfort package". Most of the items in the comfort package were standard equipment in the US model.

So if I rule out the 2010, should I go with the 2011 at 145000 km for $18700, or the 2012 with 128000 km for $19800. These are the prices with taxes in.
Any concerns about timing chains and stretch?
David

Default Assuming they are comparable, I'd go with the 2012

Chain issues are very rare although Audi lost a group action suite in the US concerning them.

In the US, it included 2008 to 2012 but, again, it is very rare. The oiling port for the chain was small and if the TT was not serviced at proper intervals with proper oil, sludge could plug the port
