Default I don't know. Angel sure is a grumpy old guy. Always causing trouble. : ))

There is a reason why they keep him in the back corner away from the customers!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you seen all that grey hair on that melon head!

Default That's really shoddy. Have you sent a certified letter to the dealer principle, general manager, AoA

(both customer claims dept and Audi prez)? A short cover letter outlining your problem, then a file with dates, times, names, phone numbers, summation of conversations.

Technically the sale dept's job is to sell, but they should go postal on service staff who take shortcuts on cars in service/warranty. Not only does it impact future sales, but as you point out, it opens them to liability.

Johan de Nysschen, Audi President - 3499 Hamlin Rd (mail stop 2) Rochester Hills, MI 48309

Default Re: That's really shoddy.

I sent the dealership a letter using certified mail. Apparently according to california law, i had to do this and give them an additional thirty days to respond. They were non-responsive. Like i said above, I've called AoA and was told my only course of action was to make an appointment with the Regional Audi Rep. I was told that this appointment needed to be made through the dealership's service manager. The dealership has refused to allow this meeting to happen.

Sorry man. Don't know what to say. They get what they deserve from the sounds of it.

Now I take it to Tim at Beach House Imports in Costa Mesa for service.
