I have looked many places and today of course cannot shut out E-bay.
There is many Kits: by Hamburg Industie Technic, by Miele, by Febi sold by many sellers.
They range from $247 up to $640 (for HD Miele).

Can anyone recommend any of the Ebay brands/sellers: Link on the bottom.

Many of you advise to stay away from E-bay,... what would you recommend in that case- what brand/ from whom?

I realize to replace Arms is a lot of work and I do not want to do them again next year. So looking for longevity.

Is there a similar kit for 2002 S6a?

If you have steel uprights on the S6 (or A6), this kit works, and features upgraded tie rod ends from the RS6.

If you have the aluminum uprights on the S6 (or A6), this is the you need. Also uses the upgraded RS6 tie rod ends.

The kits are not interchangeable, so inspect your uprights to see whether they are steel or aluminum.

since there are so many brands of these control arms, how does one know that what he bought is the Febi-Bilstein kit.
What are the marks/engraving on Febi control arms?

Both with stamping, printings, or engraving on the actual product.
