Default If you're looking for something lower than stock and *slightly* stiffer...yes...

..but make sure you pair them with either Bilstein or Koni dampers. They'll kill the stock dampers quickly.

If you're looking for something a little racier but still cheap...I made the switch from the H&R Sports to Vogtland Club Spec springs with my existing Bilstein dampers. Never looked back since.

Which are better heavy duty or sport Bilstein dampers ?

if you're running anything other than stock springs, "Sports" are the choice.
