Default Pulling to the right?

1995 Audi 90 pulls to the right. It's done it for 3 years since I got it. I've put new tires on it (all 4 at once) and had it aligned and balanced and the tire pressures are all correct.

So it usually pulls to the right if I let it go and I have to hold the wheel in the "center" position or so. By itself it will usually tilt the wheel to right a little bit to follow.

Any idea? Is it something with suspension? Is the steering wheel misaligned..? Both? It's my biggest pet peeve with it, other than that, I love it for the highway.

Any help is appreciated! (I'm posting this in both suspension and tires forums)

roads are crowned. Any neutral car without a lot of caster 9self centering) will pull to the downhill side of the road. That;s right her int eh USA and left in the UK. Find a deserted, crowned road and drive down the left side. See if it pulls the other way.

Else you have either an alignment problem or a bend suspension component (resulting in an alignment issue)

Who aligned it>
