2.0 TDI, CAGA, B8 cold start problems
Hello everyone,
I have problems with my audi 2,0TDI, engine code - CAGA. Problem is that in summer time car runs and starts perfect, but when winter coming over then nightmare starts - every morning there are 50/50 chance that car will not start,For example this morning outside -3degrees celsius, i tried to start it but it just spinned engine while battery died. I just don't have any more clues what to do. I have also been in VW center they have checked car - all good no mistakes shown.
Maybe someone have this problem aswell? I actually believe that is something simple, but as far as now i have spent hundreds of EUR, trying to solve this issue.
Battery new january 2017 (950en, 100ah)
Glows+fuel filter changed february 2018
alternator regulator changed month ago (charging for battery 14v)
No electricity leaks in car - checked 2x

don't burn your money on this thing , i started to face the same problem after the dieselgate ecu update . addressed it to the service centre and they cant figure out the problem
the real problem lies in the air fuel mix , they have leaned the mix , which makes it tough to start in winter time , and it has also imcreased the normal running temp. of engine by 4 degrees .
