OBDLink usable gauges (including DEF tank gauge?)
I played around a bit more with it over the last couple days and found what I think are some new gauges to set up. None of them are unheard of except for the DEF gauge that I found by accident. Things I've confirmed to work a on 2013 Q7 TDI:
1. Engine coolant temp
2. Engine oil temp
3. Boost pressure
4. Mass Air Flow
5. Fuel Rate
6. Battery voltage
7. EGT Bank 1, Sensors 1-4 (Sensor 1 most sensitive/variable, Sensor 4 least variable, last to cool off with sometimes a 300+F degree difference)
8. Intake air temp
9. NOx reagent tank level (which I assume is the DEF)
I think #9 could become more useful after the TDI emissions fix if DEF consumption goes up significantly. I'm also really curious as to where each of the EGT sensors are located given their wildly different behavior during acceleration and idling both.
