My audi A4 2.0 Tdi 2005 model oil pressure warning sign came on. Luckily I was close to home and just turned around and started to open the engine. I replaced the oil pump and cleaned out the pick up but the light would still come one. I then replaced the oil pressure sensor and the oil filter housing thinking it might be the oil pressure relieve valve. After all of this the oil pressure light still comes on. the strange thing is the light does not come on when engine idle. Only comes on when the engine is revved above 3000 rpm. Any one have idea what the cause might be? The next thing that I was thinking about was that the turbo bearing seals might have gone and oil pressure is lost there. I dont have any more ideas what else could be wrong as I followed all the trouble shouting guides in the workshop manual.
