Hello I just purchased a 2011 q7 tdi from Giorgia, my navigation is stuck in that state, I live in Illinois, I called the dealer and asked about the issue, they told me the map has to be updated so I ordered the update and I tought it will be a new disc but what came in was justba brochure with some numbers and codes and the instruction said it has to be done by a dealer so I took it in yesterday to have it updated, when I arrived they told me that there might be something wrong with my navigation that it shouldn't be stuck in one state and they want 2 hrs of diagnosis time, has anyone had this issue before, to me it just seems that the region on the map has to be changed, does this model has a map on the cd, that can be purchased, any help greatly appreciated It's my first Audi and I am new to this. Thanks
