For those of you that have this unit, how well would you say it performs? I was really surprised at the LOW pricetag on this thing but heck if it gets the job done, I'm picking one up.

Does the top shelf of the glove compartment need to be removed to install it? I've been talking to Jared about purchasing one of the Navs so no Module yet. How much is the Dietz module if you don't mind me asking? Also.. this is slightly off the topic, but does the monitor on the Nav+ manually flip down or open electronically? Thanks

Jared should have price on the Dietz modules (one allows for vid in motion other allows for link between rns-e and dvd player)
The monitor is electronic and is auto or activated by push of a button. Just ask Jared he should have all the info for you. Maybe call him and he can run you through some of the specifics.

yup...have had my ME installed for two years. See this thread of mine for background, thoughts etc
