Can't enter APN info - 2018 S6
 

I ordered a Freedompop sim and put into my 2018 S6. My car is getting an AT&T signal but I'm not able to change the APN info. The option doesn't appear when I go to Data Connection options.

Anyone else experience this?

P.S. Ignore the T-Mobile in the screenshot. That's the network for my cell phone connected via bluetooth.

Looks like we stumped the forum. I've cancelled my Freedompop sim for now. If someone knows how to change the APN, let me know.

I'm in the same boat with my '17 S6. I bought a freedompop SIM and cannot find how to update the APN. I hope this is possible.

In my 2017 Q7 the APN details are automatically picked up (for TMobile), so I don't have to change anything. That said, I do have an option to edit it, but that may be due to adaptations that I've made with a Ross-Tech HEX-CAN interface. Not sure if this is any help....
