Dumb question, how does everybody access their voicemail via Bluetooth?
 

Do you...

- Use a programmed/saved number for your voicemail in your Directory?
- Use a programmed/saved number in your phone's Address Book/Contacts list?
- Dial manually using the MMI?
- Dial manually from your phone keypad?
- Some other shortcut?

I'm trying to determine the best approach, and the Audi's MMI Directory doesn't seem to permit special characters (to create a pause and then automatically enter in mailbox PIN/passkey, etc.). Or maybe it does and I haven't figured it out yet.

I have programmed my wife cell (AT&T iPhone 3G) number in the voicemail number option in the telephone set up, and also she has her phone in the directory with a voice tag. It works, and do not need code to access it.

recently got a q5 and tried using the voice mail option on the mmi only to find out you don't have an option to put in a pause after the number so that i can the program my pin. will try putting my number in a contact to see if the pause can be done there. can't believe there is no "," for a pause....
