to continue on a phone call when the ignition is turned off? If I'm on a call routed through the kit, and I turn the engine off, the kit just shuts down. With my wifes Ericsson BT kit, the kit will stay on until a few minutes after the call has ended. So you can talk on it without the car being on. I thought this was the whole point of having constant 12v and switched 12v. Is this just the way the kit works or is there something I'm missing?

Default If you followed the install guide posted here, then the kit will shut off with the key.

ending phone calls. I've also had problems being on a call and starting the car. The kit comes on and connects fine, but the call is ended at that time....

Default I have a BMW Z4 with a Parrot 3000 evolution connected to the back

of the radio unit with a ISO connector and it disconnects as soon as I turn ignition off, and the call is transfered to the phone.

Default OK. I noticed that today. I guess that's just the way the Parrot works...

automatically transfers call back to phone.

I was used to Ericsson kits because they always stayed on until you ended the call and then it would shut off. I wish there was a firmware update that would allow me to do that. I miss that feature.
