Doesn't exist yet.
You can either go the iceLink/Dice route and control you iPod through the RNS-E as CD changer (and maybe conect a separate display to the video out on the iPod) or you can connect your iPod though a video in motion (e.g. Dietz 1280) and Audio/Video interface (e.g. Dietz 1417) and use the iPod controls. There is no interface out yet that would emulate a TV tuner and allow to connect an iPod Video controlled throught the RNS-E.
In addition to that, any video in motion black box available today will make navigation unusable or at least hard to use.

You can only choose TV or CD but not both together
If you select CD, audio in is routed from the CD changer pins. If you choose TV, audio in is coming from the 32 pin AV connector. So it's either or. However, in TV mode most of the buttons on the RNS-E are active. Someone could build an interface that would translate the CAN messages from the RNS-E into iPod remote control messages. Leaves only the TV in motion issue which is a real issue if you don't want to loose navigation.

Correct but it may need some adjustments.
The TV audio in seems to be pre-set for a TV like sound curve, other sources may sound slightly off. Now this is based on some coments where people used the RNS-D to play music through the AV/TV in. The RNS-E may be much better. I have at least not read about complains from people who are using a DVD player connected to the RNS-E to listen to music.
