MMI wifi settings not accessible
 

I'm on the 6 month initial trial of Audi Connect. ATT is the carrier. Audi Connect indicates that my subscription is active. Occasionally, the wifi will not activate and the 'WIFI Settings' option (telephone->settings) is greyed out. All other connectivity seems to be working. Has anyone seen this issue before?

Got the same problem, suddenly wlan settings are not available anymore... Any ideas anybody?

Only Audi Knows
 

Dealership was no help. They had to contact Audi Corporate. They decided to replace the whole controller unit for the MMI. In other words, Audi was clueless to debug this so they just replaced the whole thing. Good luck.
