NAV not working

NAV not working
Today I got a notice saying the system is unable to read the NAV disc... When I went to eject it I noticed a tremendous amount of heat radiating off the head unit. This only started after I had it up at the dealership a few weeks ago. Could they have done anything during the 25K mile service?
