Default need help on oem ipod install plz

have oem ipod cable trying to hook it up to the symphony II w/bose/sat. am worried i'll lose the sat when hooking it up. the install manual says i'll lose the external cd changer (which i don't have), but says nothing about the sat. if i will lose sat, is their an adapter i can buy, or splice some wires together to have both the sat and ipod? btw, it's on a b6a4. thanks for any help.

The OEM iPod adapter has 9 pins to insert in the existing 20 pin connector I. If you do so you will see that three positions are already occupied by the SAT receiver audio wires. There is no plug and play adapter to connect both but you could simply extend the 3 audio wires from the OEM iPod adapter to plug into the SAT receiver in the back. Or build your own plug and play adapter. Check the link for some ideas.

https://forums.audiworld.com/audio/msgs/49890.phtml</a

Default yup....just need to run three wires for audio pass-through.

It can be tricky. Just do all the reading so you know which three to run...and keep the original three for the SAT tuner in place.

Default I'm sure someone asked this before

But isn't there a rule that the sig cannot be longer than the average reply? Just joking...
