Default OEM BT problem

If my factory fitted OEM BT has worked fine for a year, but now more often than not only shows a subset of the phone numbers in my cell phone (always the same ones), is it more likely a problem with my phone or the car?

Default Does your phone have a SIM card? Some BT phones won't transfer contact from the SIM card.

They'll only transfer numbers saved in the phone itself.

No SIM card. CDMA phone. And it's been working fine for a full year.

Default Update: Why I think it's the car's problem

Only entries that have voice tags are showing up at all times. Non-tagged entries are hit & miss (more miss than hit).

So has anybody experienced something similar?
