Replacement Antenna

I would like to replace it but when brought the dealer (Royal) they quoted me about $800 saying the would need to replace the antenna wiring etc.
Wondering if anyone has been here\done that and can give me some advice on how to replace. See picture attached.

it's not too bad....i've replaced a few.
I'm guessing that your AM/FM reception has been affected by this. Correct? GPS should still operate the same way...if you use the factory installed gps option....
you could probably find a used antenna base for this on ebay (ebay germany too) for about $50. The installation isn't too bad as you need to drop the back of the headliner. There are three wires that you'd need to r
