Default Warning lights after wheel bearing change.

My 2013 S4 has 120k miles on it, and needed the rear wheel bearings replaced. Unfortunately, the right rear axle bolt was not installed when the job was done. I picked up the car, drove it a short distance ( maybe 2 miles) and returned to the shop with a bunch of lights on the dash lit up. They cleared the codes thinking it might have been from running the car on the lift. I left the shop once again and the lights returned. This time it felt like the rear end was loose, very squirrelly. The wheels were tight. Back at the shop they found that they forgot the axle bolt. Car drives great, but lights won't stay out. TPMS, stability control, ABS, parking brake, and headlight leveling disabled. What might have been damaged that could cause all that?
