They're the things that determine the speed of the cones in our daily moving slalom exercises.
Too bad I got issued two tickets during the new 55mph era, but at 80mph and 119mph, I don't think the 65 speed limit would have saved me.

Regardless of the targeting gear, I think it's amazing he hit the only two ticket-giving cops
in Houston. I remain amazed ( and on occasion, pleased) at the scarcity of traffic/speed patrolling cops.
I've actually had several times that I have been traveling well in excess of the limit and faster than surrounding cars and have either been passed by a cop or blew by a cop. Nothing, knock on wood.
