Default Soliciting general opinions about service department at Momentum Audi before car delivery.

Going to be picking up my car from there in the next couple of weeks and was thinking about an extended warranty, but that locks you into dealership service. Any general thoughts about the quality of their service department? (I know you can go to any dealer with the warranty but they are the closest one to me). Thanks!

Used I assume? What model? I am quite pleased with cust.service at Millennium.

getting an s5. dealer has been great, but i think service depts can be hit or miss.

Default I should have added "tech service" as well. There is an RS tech

at Millennium who has done good by me. I wouldn't want anyone else to touch my car. They are the newer dealership in town, and they don't take your business for granted. Just about everyone I've dealt with there over the last couple of years has been very accommodating. And this RS6 has been quite demanding.

Default I think the work performed isn't bad, but the service reps were hard to reach by phone

and they weren't very good at calling you back. My car sat for a very long time without work being performed. My experience was with a guy named Cash, FWIW.
