Default "M power this" You want to know what a collapsed spring is?

First..

Collapse = to cave or fall in or give way.. Incase you didn't know what collapse meant..

These pictures show that not only is the top coil sitting below the one below it but both coil #3s on the passenger side and drivers side are coming into contact with coil #2.. To be honest Im not sure how long this has been going on, I started to hear noises about 2 months after I installed the kit but never thought that the springs were making the noises, I figured it was the sway bar mounts..

Passenger Side

Drivers side

I haven't contacted Bilstein yet, but Im hoping when I do, they will help me out..

Default I started hearing thunks before I saw anything..

When you hit a dip in the road at a high speed do you hear a "thunk"? the type that gives you goose bumps?

Default here's the problem with springs that are that coilbound...

...there not so bad for the track but for street...let's say you hit a pothole at high speed the back end is going to pop up and that's not good on the TT..it's why I removed the h&rs it's inherently unsafe..I know because it happened to me and i felt like i had been tombstoned...

Default You can potentially break the swing arm and damage the chassis if pot hole is big and you're going..

fast.
