121c Coolant Temp
Overheating problem continues. Help and advice desperately needed.
Today, in stop-and-go approach to Lincoln Tunnel, Coolant Temp rose to over 113c for over 30min. A couple of times it hit 121 and stayed there for several minutes. At that temp -- the AC starts blowing hot steamy air into the cabin. I shut down the AC and after moving through traffic the temp dropped to 116c +/-
I just got the car back from the dealer last week (after 12 days) They replaced the fan switch, fan controller and water pump. Obvioulsy they were just guessing.
The car is running unchipped with the oem ecu.
What should I do next????

might have a fault coolant temp senor...it's pretty common. Do you hear the fan blowing? If not,
then the fan switch might be out.
However, in stop and go traffic, expect the coolant temps to rise. You may see the engine temp gauge up up a notch past center, then the fan should kick in and lower. If it's staying hot too long, then you may have a faulty sensor. Have someone VAG your car to see if there are any fault codes.
