Excellent service, that is all I can say. Even though they are further away from me than my local dealer, they will now be getting all my work and business. I brought the TT in for a self-imposed 15k service (brought in my oil and let them do the change) and some other warranty issues.

I called to ask a few questions and my service advisor John is just excellent. He even told me over the phone, on his own perrogative, that there was another quart of oil left over (I gave them a case of Mobil one) and they would leave it for me. I explained to him that was a little "test" for them... at my other dealer they kept the last bottle or over-filled the oil, not sure which.

He said he would even undo the radio for me so I could swap it out when the RIO Car comes (even gave me the little "sheriff" warning about removing the radio... warranty.. etc).

Nice to go to a competent dealer.
