Default 180 TT MAF-pak replacement

IF I were to decide to replace the MAF sensor-pak on my 2000 TTQC, have we any real-world experience using alternatives? VW?

Default I've been running the # 06A906461A VW part for about a year. No Problems.

I think the general consensus will be the same.

http://www.vwparts.com</a

Get dealer to do it for free. It has a seven year warranty.

What are the differences between it and the Audi L part?

Default I think the VW part has an extra pin that the audi doesn't doesnt need/use...& costs less.

Not sure if this is the difference . The experts( I'm not one!) will know. But in my case the car ran much better w/ the VW part & my CEL disapperared.I assume my MAF was on it's way out. I never VAG'd the car.

Default Had a couple of 'ghost' DTC on the MAF.

Thinking 'conversion'.

Getting it from the dealer for free makes the most sense . If you have to pay go w/ the VW part IMO.
