Like the beginning of serious reliability issues?

With all that investment, and a 2L motor, you should be at 450-500whp easily.

Default hope not. rev range with serious power is 4K - 7K, not higher. >>>

2.0 allows for more poop w/o huge rpm. Actually, peak torque goes from current 4.5K to 5.2K
Turbo is a three turbo hybrid from Hans. All KKK, of course.
Clutch? I'll pray....but she's good for ~ 550ft lbs.
Tranny ? I'm not hard on parts....but I'll pray, just the same.

Basically....a new motor....so now premature breakdowns.

not that high. but unlike those huge HP cars I'll actually have something driveable.

the range is 470 - 520 crank. The 470 is the usual lowballing from Hans. The 520 is what he's dynod

Default 22% drivetrain loss gets you 475 crank hp with 390whp - you'll need 410whp

for 520 crank hp. Not that 20whp is a big deal - but it's not chump change. What is interesting to me is that you increased displacement but the torque peak climbed up in the RPM range. Is the usable torque curve spread over a wider range now?

Default my 390whp was arbitrary. Yes, qoutes at crank were 520 (seen on dyno)..

but hans tells customer 470. Big torque seems to be a similar range.
Currently, she hits well at 4K, peaks ~ 4.5K (butt dyno)and power drops at ~6K. So, ~ 2K range. But driveable torque levels well below that....3K and above.
These mods give me 4K to 7K, redline at 7.4K, however, I'll hold to <=7K. So torque range is similar.
I'm predicting that even with the added displacement I could loose some grunt at the 3K spot. But then Danny will advance cam timing via gear to get as much as possible.
Basically, for the price of a turbo I'll get a huge incremental power increase. I couldn't say no to that.
